Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before reserving a puppy.

Deposits

A deposit reserves your puppy and takes them off the market. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved to another puppy if your plans change.

If we cannot deliver

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your puppy, you will receive a full refund or the choice of another puppy.

Health concerns

If a licensed vet finds a serious health problem within a short time after your puppy arrives, contact us right away with the vet's written report and we'll work with you on a replacement puppy or refund.
