Shipping Policy

We want your new puppy to arrive safe, healthy and happy. Here's how delivery works.

Delivery options

• Pick-up: You're welcome to pick up your puppy in person by appointment.
• Flight nanny: A trusted nanny flies in the cabin with your puppy and hands them to you at your nearest airport.
• Ground delivery: Door-to-door delivery by a pet transporter is available for many locations.

Timing

Puppies go home at 10 weeks old or older. Once your puppy is reserved, we'll agree on a delivery date with you.
